What you get and what you don't

No fine print, because there is none. This is what the service includes, what it costs, and what happens the day you want to leave.

01

What is provided

A digital card with your own address, your links and your contact to save. And the review request: the page with your logo and your colour, your printable QR sign, and a dashboard where you see your real Google number, who rated you and what they write you privately.

The Google number is read from your public profile every morning. If Google gives no number, your dashboard shows it empty: a rating is never invented.

02

What it costs

Card $9.99 a month. Reviews $34.99 a month. Both together $39.99 a month for the first twenty businesses, and that price stays yours for as long as you stay.

No contract, no setup and no renewal fee. It is paid month to month and cancelled whenever you want.

03

What happens if you leave

Everything stops: no request goes out, your profile is no longer read, and you are not charged again. Your card stops opening.

Your reviews are yours and are never touched: they live on your Google profile, not here. Nothing your customers published depends on you staying a client.

04

Cancellation and refunds

You cancel from your dashboard, any month you want, without calling anyone and without giving a reason. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving.

The month you already paid for is served in full: the service runs to the last day of that month and you are not charged again. That is why a month already under way is not refunded, because you get all of it. What does get refunded is a charge made by mistake or a charge made twice, and I refund it the same day you tell me.

05

What is not promised

No number of reviews, no rating and no position in any search engine is guaranteed. What is guaranteed is that every one of your customers is asked the same way, and that the number you see is the one Google reports.

Nobody is asked a different question because of how they felt. There is no switch to filter who gets asked, and there will not be one: filtering has been illegal in the United States since 2024.

06

Your customers' data

From the person who opens your card or leaves you a review, we keep which button they tapped and which town they connected from. Never their name, their phone or their exact location. What they write you privately is read by you and nobody else.

It is all explained, without jargon, in the privacy note.

07

What it can't be used for

Your card is yours and you put on it what you want, with two limits: nothing illegal, and nothing passing itself off as another business. The review request can't be used to write your own reviews, to buy them, or to ask anyone for a rating they didn't feel.

If any of that happens, it gets switched off and I tell you the same day, with the reason. Only as much as needed goes off: if the problem is one row of your card, that row goes and not the whole service. And if it was my mistake, it goes back on and I credit you the days.

08

How far I answer

The service is provided as it is and working. There is no promise that Google, WhatsApp or email will always be up: they belong to other people, and the day one of them goes down, this goes down with it. What is on me is keeping this up and fixing it fast.

If something goes wrong, I answer up to what you paid me over the last twelve months, and not for what you might have earned meanwhile. It is the normal shape for a service at this price, and I would rather say it here than in fine print.

09

Who you are contracting with

Myorbyn is the brand. The company is Neutron Studio LLC, of Florida, and it is the one that invoices, answers and signs this. For any formal notice, hello@myorbyn.com.

This is governed by the laws of Florida, and anything that had to be settled before a judge gets settled in Lee County.

If these terms change, they change here with a new date, and if the change genuinely affects you I email you before it applies. A price change never touches the month you already paid for.

Notice

This is not legal advice. It is the honest description of a service, written by the person who provides it, and a lawyer should review it before you sign it or use it as a contract.
